LUCIAN HRISAV

Lucian Hrisav (b. 1994) lives and works in Bucharest where he graduated from the National University of Arts in the departments of painting and mural painting. He coordinated together with different groups of young artists and curators spaces such as Atelier35 and the Multimedia Visual Arts Center between 2018-2021. He uses various mediums (sculpture, installation, video, painting and digital processing) to research the state of freedom of the self of the masses and the power of the emotional element in influencing them.

He exhibited in Portugal, France, Denmark, Rep. Moldova and Romania within various group and personal projects in spaces such as the Museum of Contemporary Art in Bucharest, the Museum of Recent Art, the National Art Museum Chisinau, La Maison de l’International.
